Here are Some Time Saving Scenarios:

  • Scenario 1:
    • A Vantage CRM user receives an incoming call on their DID number
    • A pop-up window appears which contains a new activity
    • The user quickly enters notes
      • Leads/contacts/accounts associated with the incoming call number are listed and the activity is saved to the record selected by the user
      • If the incoming call number is not found, a new record is created and the phone number populated
  • Scenario 2:
    • A Vantage CRM user receives an incoming call to their DID number
    • The call is answered on a mobile phone utilizing simultaneous ring
    • The user logs in to Vantage CRM and is notified they have an In Progress activity
    • The user enters any relevant notes
      • Leads/contacts/accounts associated with the incoming call number are listed and the activity is saved to the record selected by the user
      • If the incoming call number is not found, a new record is created and the phone number populated
  • Scenario 3:
    • A Vantage CRM is following up on a marketing email they sent out
    • Using a filter, the user views a list of contacts who received the email
    • The user clicks on the telephone icon next to the phone number listed and the call is automatically dialed
    • A pop-up window appears which contains a new activity
    • The user enters any relevant notes and the activity is saved to the record associated with the contact
